Centrally located, you will also be close to everything (i.e., Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, local restaurants, grocery shopping, etc.). This modern mid-century home has been completely renovated! It features private outdoor jacuzzi hot tub with a waterfall under a shaded gazebo w/ bar seating, a large fenced-in yard, a wood-burning fire pit, outdoor games, screened in lanai, and plenty of outdoor amenities to enjoy the famous Sunshine State weather. Peaceful family neighborhood with bike trails nearby on the local Pinellas County Trail.
