Stunning and roomy 2-bedroom 2- bath condo is the perfect beach getaway!
This charming condo features an open concept kitchen and living area with all of the comforts of home. With a fully equipped kitchen to cook up your favorite meals and a dining area that seats 6 with more seating found at the kitchen bar. The spacious living room is outfitted with a comfy seating and a flat screen TV to help you unwind and relax when you are not enjoying the sand and surf of the beach. The first bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 double beds. There is a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
This 6th floor condo offers magnificent views of the gulf from the large open living/dining room. The beach will feel like it's at your fingertips when you step out on your private balcony, which is accessible from the living room. Hop on the trolley and be anywhere between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach within 1/2 an hour, enjoying all of the activities that the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and quiet of your vacation beach home.

Close your eyes and picture yourself lounging on a wide sandy beach, waves lapping at your feet. Imagine yourself sunning poolside, book in hand. Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter.
