The Space:

The Hangout features four stylish and comfortable bedrooms designed to suit every guest. The Master Suite offers a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and Smart TV, The second bedroom is warm and inviting, with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and ample storage. The third bedroom with two double beds and the last bedroom features a double over single bunk bed with an additional bathroom to share.



The open-concept living space offering a spacious and comfy lounge with a large sectional sofa, 65" Smart TV, soundbar, and board games for chill nights in. The connected kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, and all the cookware you need. The dining area seats six comfortably under chic pendant lighting, perfect for family meals or group dinners.



Step outside to your own private paradise! The fenced backyard boasts a shimmering private pool with a sun shelf, surrounded by loungers and umbrellas for ultimate relaxation. Grab a drink at the tiki-style bar, fire up the gas BBQ grill, or hang out by the fire pit with comfy Adirondack seating. There’s also a cozy hammock zone tucked under shade trees for laid-back lounging. With string lights and ample outdoor dining space, this is the ultimate spot to soak up the Florida sun and create unforgettable memories.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. This includes all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the fully stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, game room, private backyard oasis with pool, tiki bar, fire pit, hammock area, and outdoor dining space. You’ll also have access to the garage (fits 2 cars), driveway parking, and the in-home washer & dryer.

We're thrilled to welcome you to our amazing home, where luxury and comfort intertwine to create an unforgettable experience. To ensure your stay is as seamless and enjoyable as possible, here are some additional details to keep in mind:



Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.



No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the penthouse. Please smoke outside.



Pet Policy: Pets are allowed for an additional $100. Only two pets allowed.



Hot Tub & Pool Settings: The hot tub and pool are set to 82°F by default. If you want the temperature increased (up to 86°F), there is an additional charge of $80 per day.



Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.



Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the home is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.



Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
