This family owned & operated, spacious, well appointed, relentlessly cleaned & continuously updated vacation home is steps from the beach & perfect for a family vacation.

As the building end unit, with a PRIVATE rooftop terrace, overlooking all of the island with breathtaking panoramic views is simply as good as it gets when it comes to "beach life" in Clearwater Beach!

NOTE: The primary guest of record on the reservation must be a minimum of twenty-seven (27) years old & will have to sign a rental agreement attesting to this age at the time of booking.

This was originally the developer's personal residence & has been beautifully appointed with custom woodwork, cabinetry, high-end fixtures and a beautiful custom staircase. Great care has been taken to decorate and provide you with a luxury beach resort atmosphere. You will have everything you need for your vacation retreat. This elegant, immaculately clean, “home away from home” has an oversized double garage, 4 bedrooms (1 king / 2 queen / 1 queen / 1 "twin over full" bunk bed). Includes all bedding & bath linens PLUS even beach towels! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and toothbrush!

Relax and enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the gulf while relaxing in the hot tub or dining in on the rooftop patio. A private elevator will take you to all five floors! Luxury features include granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living area has soft, plush, oversized furniture, LCD smart & cable TV cable, 5G Wi-Fi internet.

The master bathroom has a large jetted tub and European style heavy glass walk-in shower with a removable shower heads. All bedrooms have hypoallergenic tile & laminate flooring.

The rooftop has everything for your convenience - outdoor living furniture, private rooftop hot tub (with waterfall). Start your day with visions of a beautiful sunrise in the east over Clearwater Harbor and enjoy the evening breezes, twinkling lights and spectacular sunsets over the gulf! Check out the recent drone aerial shots to gain a better perspective.

Guest provided set of pickleball paddles for just across the street; enjoy, but be careful (don't ruin your vacation with an injury :))! Beach items are also provided for your convenience: beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, toys, rafts for you to take to the beach!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a very safe, nice part of town and only a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs and the wagon. The only complaints I have is the hot tub is not in great shape and wasn’t very inviting to want to get in because of the look of the hot tub. Also, it was advertised that there were 2 bicycles, but when I asked about the bicycles, I was told they were damaged in the hurricane and had not been replaced yet. So that might need updated on the listing.

This was an amazing family vacation! Wonderful condo with helpful and responsive host, almost everything you could want for a good time, great location only a short walk to pickleball, a park, perfect beach and good restaurants! Short drive to pool and recreation. Every family member from 4-64 years old had a great time. Would visit again!

amazing property. 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. Big garage and the roof terrace....wow! The best views ever and a hot/cool tub to relax in too. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Excellent location too and everything supplied to make walking the 2 min walk to the beach a breeze! We will 100% be back and stay for longer next time.Thank you to the owners for such a lovely stay and we will hopefully return all the way from the UK in 3 years! (Wish it could be sooner)

This is our second time staying here and we would definitely come back again. The living room and kitchen area were ideal for our family of six. Everything we needed to make breakfast each morning in the kitchen and plenty of seating for all of us to watch a movie in the evening. The bedrooms had plenty of storage space for our clothes with dressers in each room (this was lacking in our last rental). The beds were comfortable and the house clean and well maintained. The rooftop area is an added bonus. But some of the standouts for this rental were 1. The location - 2 blocks from the beach2. In front of the new pickle ball courts (paddles and balls are provided in the rental)3. One block from the community pool (perfect after a beach day)4. Provided beach towels (great since we flew in and did not need to pack them)5. Beach equipment (canopy for our large group, beach wagon, floats, 6 very nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs)6. Walking distance to everything, great restaurants right down the street - highly recommend Clear Sky and Mint Fox for ice cream.

Nice condo with private elevator accessibility to all 5 levels, 2 minute walk to beach, great view from the rooftop. Grandkids had a blast going to beach 2-3 times a day. We were able to have home cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely be happy to stay here on any future trips to Clearwater Beach.

Great location with spectacular views.

Cool set up, convenient location and the elevator saves you from several stair climbs. Close to the beach and strip, my family made memories and had a great stay and time. Loved everything about the whole trip.

Location is amazing! This place is huge and plenty of room for everyone. It is a short block or so to the beach and fantastic beach side restaurants. There are many floors to this place - the elevator works fine just read and follow the directions. Everything is really nice - it is heavily used so some things are getting worn but overall it is a nice place and we had a blast. The rooftop terrace really enhances your experience.

What a great property. Cannot wait to come back again. The house was in perfect condition and well stocked kitchen. Beach gear for all ages! Adam (owner) responded back immediately when we called with a question. Great Hot Tub and patio on roof with sunset views for days! The real BONUS is the location! Our family ages ranged from 1 to 89. This worked for all. Across the street from pickleball courts and playground. 1/2 block from community pool. 2 blocks from Clearwater beach and 2 blocks to the bay. 3 blocks to downtown shops and restaurants, the Palm Pavilion and Frenchies! Enjoyed being on the quieter and less crowded end of Clearwater.

Wonderful vacation home

Definitely lived up to all of our expectations!

Our family, consisting of two older adults, four middle-aged adults, two teenagers, and two eleven year olds spent a glorious week at this condo just two blocks from the best part of Clearwater Beach. We were close to all restaurants. The host was more than available, helping us with an issue we had upon arrival. I would have given him five stars on everything except for “accuracy of the listing“ due to no bicycles available as stated in the listing.

Great stay!

The vacation home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was exactly what we were hoping for. The rooftop area was a very nice feature. Easy and quick walk to the beach and stores/restaurants. Property owners were great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend staying here! Also, a close ice cream spot, the Mint Fox, was a favorite of everyone.

This is our second stay! We love the location, so close to the beach and all the downtown shops and restaurants. The townhome has everything we need to make our stay perfect. An extra bonus is there is a beautiful new park that opened, with pickle ball courts and playground just across the street.

Great location!

The property was in a great location. It was very nice. The only thing that could be improved is the hot tub on the roof top. It is extremely worn. The owner did get back to me right away when questioned about it. He explained that it is a very expensive process to remove and replace it since it is so high up. There was plenty of room for our family and everyone had their own space. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

We overall liked this property. It was in a great location and close to our favorite spot on the Beach. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us.The kitchen was great so we could cook our own breakfast and dinner. They're we plenty of beach supplies which was very nice. My only complaint would be the Hot tub wasn't in the greatest condition or felt as warm as I would have like. We also didn't have any kitchen towels to dry our dishes which was a minor inconvenience. I would also suggest that a few cleaning supplies like a broom and vacuum be available as we like to clean up after ourselves a little better then we were able to.

Great Spot for Family Christmas at the Beach

Nice place for a larger group. We didn't utilize the elevator much, but I suppose it would be handy if you had a lot of luggage. Proximity to the beach and neighborhood restaurants and shopping is awesome. The house is fully stocked with comfortable beach chairs, a wagon, football, frisbee and beach towels. Garage is tandem for 2 smaller cars.

Good Location ; Great Home

My family used this home for an early christmas. The home is clear and well kept. The accessories are excellent. The elevator is a needed touch as the stairs are steep and plentiful, lol. It is close to the beach and bars. Unfortunately the area around the home was hit hard by the hurricanes but this house appears to be untouched!
