3 bedroom and 2 bath house in a quite neighborhood. Lovely patio to relax and/or do your work! The neighborhood has a community pool, tennis court, children's play area and volley ball court. 10 to 15 minutes to downtown Saint Petersburg. The community has a walkway to go for morning walks. Gandy beach is close by in walking distance.
