Location was excellent! I was able to walk to John's Pass and to the beach across the street in no time. Having off street parking right there was nice. Apartment was clean when when we got there and we had plenty of room for the two of us. We had some issues with the wifi, but it all got worked out. Overall, a great place to stay for the weekend.

The host was very receptive and friendly! Space was clean and comfortable. Across the street from the beach and within walking distance of St. John's pass. The outside of the property (large wooden fence) seemed a bit sketch like we weren't sure what we signed up for as we arrived late but rest assured this place is safe, quiet, comfortable and all around a great find at an affordable price!!

The place was clean. The location was great for the beach and so close to St. John’s pass for shopping. Only complaint was we felt like the door needed a dead bolt because we felt the lock wasn’t secure as we would have liked. Also keep in mind this rental is part of a complex and the walls are thin. For the price this place was good for our needs. Host was good at answering questions. Would stay here again.

This cozy home was perfect for our stay. We had some hiccups with having to drive due to a cancelled flight and not getting in until 6 AM, but Jim was very responsive and made sure we had what we needed to check-in before our arrival. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, though it wasn’t very needed as the weather was beautiful. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the sheets soft.
