Welcome to "Cottage by the Beach", a charming vacation home located in the beautiful Clearwater Beach! This cozy house offers three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a screen porch room, and an outside shower, perfect for a family or group of friends looking to soak up the Florida sunshine.

Step inside and be greeted by a bright and spacious living area, beautifully decorated with beach-inspired accents. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and enjoy them together. There is also a convenient half bath located near the patio.

The three bedrooms are located down a hallway, each offering their own unique style and decor. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Cozy house in perfect location

The house has plenty of space and is just a couple short blocks to the beach. We had everything we needed provided by the host and then some. The neighborhood is very quiet yet close enough to walk to the local bars and restaurants. The wifi is fast and I enjoyed working remote from the back deck. The host provided great directions and was immediately available for any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here while I worked short term contract work and the location was great! 3-4 minute walk to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, house was clean, and Halina was accommodating and available for any questions or concerns.

Exactly as the name suggests!

We just finished spending 4 months at “Cottage By The Sea”. It was a perfect location...2 streets over from North Clearwater Beach and a short stroll from restaurants, shops, and bars in Downtown Clearwater Beach! We started each day with a walk to buy the paper and back home via the beach. We drove to tour nearby towns, took in a few spring training baseball games, visited a multitude of dog parks, and enjoyed local festivals and music. What a great way to spend “the winter”!

Very happy with this home!

My husband and I stayed here for a month and were very happy with our stay. Even though it is an older home, the inside has been updated nicely. It was very clean, and everything was working properly. The outside needs a little work, but it has a nice deck and fenced back yard. It is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The owner is very nice, and was always quick to respond to me. This home fit our needs perfectly and would definitely rent here again!

If the beach is what you are looking for, this is a good choice. Very close to the beach, beach restaurants, etc. The house is clean but dated, good tv/internet. Owner is very engaged and responsive.

Fantastic location

You can’t beat the location of this property. Just steps to the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway, or the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Even dogs are allowed on the beach here (on a leash). The house is a 1940’s bungalow with just the right mix of quirkiness and charm. Wooden floors are authentically uneven, the bathroom and kitchen have been nicely updated. Windows are original, but the commercial-sized air conditioner keeps it nice and cool inside. The bedrooms are well sized and the mattresses comfortable. Everything in the house was working properly (TV, Internet, garage, washer/dryer, other appliances). The house also features a nice wooden deck and fenced-in yard. My husband and I stayed for 5 weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here. We look forward to another stay!
