Great stay on the beach for a family of 6 w/ 4 young kids

We’ve made several trips to the Gulf Coast and this was by far the best. It had everything we needed & was in very good condition when we arrived. I can't believe we booked it for what we did considering it was Easter week. The location was incredible. We've never stayed somewhere right on the water like that which made all the difference in the world. We spent at least twice as much time at the beach than previous trips where we'd be across the street and could easily communicate with our kids from the balconies. The beach is in amazing shape. We had it almost entirely to ourselves the whole week.Some big pluses were the locking/alarm system (it can chime any time someone opens the door), the overall layout (e.g. all 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor & having a 3rd bathroom including 1 exclusive to the master bedroom), upstairs/downstairs balconies, restaurants/playground nearby, garbage disposal/dishwasher, nice washer/dryer, and the 7-11 across the street.The managers were extremely responsive. We were confused with the lock when we arrived and connected with someone right away via phone at 6pm on a Sunday.We do a lot of cooking; only kitchen stuff we could have used was a casserole dish & pizza pan/pizza cutter. It also had things we weren't expecting which was helpful (e.g. laundry detergent/dish detergent).One thing to be aware of is that backing out onto Gulf Boulevard can be challenging. I didn't end up doing this, but backing in is probably preferable.

Beach location

We had a nice stay. Property lacked beach amenities to enjoy but listing also didn’t mention so their absence was not surprising. A few chairs on upper level would have been nice too. Great spot on the beach. House is a bit outdated but we enjoyed the beach and area and wasn’t planning on being inside much. Overall still a very nice location and a lot of potential still untapped

Great Home on Sunset Beach!!

Great home for a family or group of friends! Our family of 5 loved the space! Literally steps from the beach with great sunset views from the decks! Walkable to many area restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc… Slightly outdated but overall an amazing stay!

Love this location!

We had a great stay and the property served our needs well. The location is great due to the close proximity of the Gulf's edge to the condo and is easy walking distance to several restaurants and bars. It's a pretty quiet spot on the beach and the size of the balconies is great for sunset gatherings. We'll be back!

Not Rental ready property

The property is well located and right off the beach. Other than that, this particular unit is outdated but charging full renovated rates as other properties. Upon arrival, there were still traces of sand and dust on some furniture. That was the least of our worries. The third bedroom bottom bunk bed was broken and on the floor. Despite calling and texting multiple times there was no answer from the rental property manager until the last day to offer a dismal $339 rebate. Amd the second bedroom had broken vertical blinds which made it impossible to close properly so early morning light would shine through. Moreover, there was a loud alarm chime for all doors so any time someone would go out it would ring across the home. With teenage kids waking up later, it impedes our ability to go in and out early am to enjoy coffee on the balcony. The place says can sleep 8 but there is not enough cutlery and place settings are limited to 6 and the living room only seats 4. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. I’ve slept in better beds and comfort inn and quality suites. Please communicate my discontent to management Bcs this particular unit is horrible compared to the other units I’ve seen and management clearly doesn’t care.

Beautiful surroundings

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful views! Great location! Needed some repairs… blinds fell down and bunk beds were broken. A little out dates but it was still the perfect place for my family despite some minor things wrong!!
