Sweet Conch Cottage- Nido encantador para perros en el corazón del centro de Dunedin

Vive como un local en nuestra ciudad tipo Mayberry. La ubicación es excelente: camine unas pocas cuadras hacia el norte hasta Main Street en el encantador centro de Dunedin para disfrutar de restaurantes, festivales, mercados de agricultores y tiendas, o diríjase dos cuadras al oeste hasta el sendero para bicicletas Pinellas de más de 40 millas de largo, o una cuadra más al oeste a la orilla del agua para pasear al atardecer.

Esta pequeña cabaña querida se encuentra alejada de la calle con un patio privado cercado y pavimentado que se abre desde la cocina para que pueda dejar salir a su perro mientras prepara café en la soleada cocina. La decoración costera y las numerosas ventanas hacen de la cabaña un lugar soleado y ventoso para refugiarse después de un día de diversión al sol o paseando por las tiendas de antigüedades y cervecerías artesanales a pocas cuadras del centro de Dunedin.

Las sábanas súper suaves y los cubrecolchones de espuma viscoelástica brindan una excelente noche de descanso, y el salón comedor se abre a la cocina para facilitar el entretenimiento. Hay un nuevo sofá cama desplegable en la sala de estar para un huésped adicional.

La cocina está bien equipada con platos, ollas, sartenes y utensilios básicos de cocina como sal, pimienta, aceite, vinagre, especias y productos de papel. Una cabaña de lavandería separada se comparte con la cabaña en la parte delantera de la propiedad, con dos lavadoras, dos secadoras y detergente, lejía y sábanas para su conveniencia. Ofrecemos wifi de alta velocidad y Netflix y Youtube TV en el televisor de 40 pulgadas en la sala de estar, pero no hay cable.

En su patio privado hay una mesa de comedor con sombrilla, y una caja de patio que contiene dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla para salidas a la playa en cualquiera de las maravillosas playas cercanas: el tranquilo Honeymoon Island State Park está a solo 15 minutos en coche al norte y bullicioso Clearwater Beach está a 15 minutos en coche al sur de nuestro pequeño pueblo. Tampa está a unos 30 minutos en coche hacia el este.

Great location with walking distance to all the local haunts. Tucked back in off the main drag provided privacy. Separate laundry facility shared with other cottage worked great.

The cottage was charming and very welcoming. The location is great and we had a blast over the long Presidents Day weekend with our pup. The host was extremely responsive and made our stay amazing. We would highly recommend the cottage for anyone looking to visit Dunedin.

We stayed at this location for a long weekend and enjoyed our time there. It’s a cute cottage that was just the right size for us as a couple along with our dog. The neighborhood was quiet yet also incredibly convenient to the Pinellas Bike Trail which is just over a block from the property. It’s also a brief walk to get to downtown Dunedin and all of its shops and restaurants. We would definitely visit again.

Cute quaint cottage

We had a great stay. The cottage was beautiful decorated, very clean and spacious and added privacy. Barbara was a great host and replied quickly. She supplied all essentials needed and then some for a weekly stay. Close enough to downtown and private, short walk to the baseball stadium. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Hope to be back soon. Dunedin is a wonderful town.

Quick Trip to Dunedin

The location was perfect! Just a short walk to Dunedin with all the restaurants, shopping, parks and entertainment. Also a short walk to see the water and sit on a bench to enjoy the views. The home was clean and had everything that we needed. The host answered our questions quickly and when we return we will stay here again.

Nice cottage.

Clean, comfortable. Many additional supplies annd well thought out conveniences are included once you get inside. Beach gear was very helpful. Easy walk to downtown. We walked in every day with a 6 year old.

Charming Dunedin

Apartment is nicer than it looks in pictures. Location is great, walk to Main St, ballpark and water. Good for couple, two friend or small family. Share parking area with bungalow in front. Well eqiuipped kitchen.

Excellent location & cozy

Came for the long July 4th weekend to visit with family who live in town. The cottage was very clean, cozy, and in an excellent location to downtown, the bike trail, and very walkable! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and the private, fenced in side patio was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee with our little dog! We had to use the Kuerig because the drip coffee maker wasn’t working, so thankful there was the Keurig machine as well! But you can easily walk to some great coffee shops, too! We tried to watch movies twice at night but the TV is quite small and the internet speed/connection was not the greatest, but it did work. It was a great stay and would stay there again! Highly recommend.

Just wanted to watch a football game while on vacation !

The roku tv was by far the biggest problem ! " why do you need tv , you're on vacation ? " I like the morning news and football [ playoff football !] none of this was possible with the roku tv . even the tv was too small but it's what you get for free with roku ! here is a tip for future guests , buy a normal size tv for the room and get cable tv ! problem solved ! I was there for the month , i should have been able to watch a playoff football game ! I paid too much money for this property to not be able to just turn on a tv and watch the morning news with a cup of coffee !

Check the door access codes!

The house was charming with a nice enclosed patio. We enjoyed our stay but with some exceptions. First, we were given the wrong access code to enter the house and had to contact the property manager. The property manager mixed up who was staying where and put the wrong code on our house. That was inconvenient, but at that point, not that big of a deal. But to make it worse, due to that mix-up, she gave someone else the code to our house. They came in the house in the middle of the night and scared the crap out of us. Not good. Mistakes happen, but that was the type of mistake that should NEVER happen. Fortunately, the person who got the code to our house was normal and not a problem, but it could have been a big problem if it was someone else. Definitely should never happen.

Really a cute cottage. Used Instacart to get groceries; fresh fish market open 7 days a week on Douglas north of Main; no beaches; took a wonderful 2.5 hour boat tour; restaurants are fantastic; great shopping on Main. Would book again in a heart beat.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed the whole month of February 2019. It was nice-cute. Pictures show what the place actually looks like. Very clean. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Good towels & linens. Only 10 minute walk to downtown. Lots of shops & restaurants. Very quite. Block from Tronto Blue Jays ball park & Pineallas Trail. Great Florida weather. Negatives: didn’t have grass in side yard for my dog, toilet had problems (management working on it), gravel driveway & smaller than I thought (good for 2 adults)
