Quiet 5th floor location. King bed in the master bedroom adjacent to the balcony, queen bed in guest bedroom. Updated granite kitchen with stainless appliances and bonus breakfast bar. Open living area dining table, sofa, smart TV and sitting chair. In unit washer and dryer, free highspeed internet included. Please note there is no phone in this condo.

Located at the northern tip of Treasure Island, this incredible location is a much sought after destination for relaxation and fun outdoor activities. Pros outweighed cons! Great place!!

We loved the condo! The extra beach chairs and toys were a bonus. Plenty of room and the resort grounds were very nice. There was a few imperfections, but nothing major. There was little to no water pressure in the kitchen, but showers were fine. A little surprising that there were zero extra toilet paper rolls, dishwasher detergents, paper towels. But we bought them and all was fine! We would stay again!

We had a great experience staying here. The location was perfect. The beach was absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The pool was nice and refreshing. The bar downstairs was open, and we liked the food from the cafe. The unit had extra pool and beach toys for use, along with some chairs. We would stay here again. The only draw back is there is no way to mop the floors, only vacuum/ sweep and with sand it was nice to at least have that. Overall, great vacation!

There was plenty of room in the condo. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool heating was not working, so we did not swim. It was hard to find empty lounge chairs around the pools. The beach was beautiful. The staff was very friendly.

Great property and great location

This condo was just as described. Like other comments previously, I think the sofa could use an update (not comfortable to sit on). This was pretty much our only complaint with this condo. The view was lovely, the beds were comfy, everything worked well. The closet with leftover beach gear was a nice touch! We loved the pool and easy beach access as well. There is even a small restaurant on site with a lovely, helpful staff and an ice cream shop right next door! We would definitely stay here again!

Thanks so much! Great view and location right on the beach. There are a couple things showing wear in the unit. Might want to replace TP holder in hall Bathroom. Couch is butt sprung. I can see why this condo is so well used with such a great view!
