Este edificio del frente del Golfo de Indian Rocks Beach llamado Hamilton House está listo para vacaciones inmediatas y se encuentra directamente en una playa de arena única. El océano es bueno para nadar casi todo el año. Durante los meses fríos puede disfrutar de una piscina privada climatizada. Nuestro 3er piso condominio de 2 habitaciones # 207 ofrece un amplio balcón bordeado de palmeras con vista lateral norte de las hermosas aguas del Golfo de México y la playa de arena blanca que se extiende por millas. El condominio de 1100 pies cuadrados con 2 dormitorios tiene una acogedora sala de estar, 2 baños, cocina con todos los electrodomésticos NUEVOS, un lavadero interior y baldosas de cerámica en todas partes. Todo nuevo amueblado. La unidad ha sido pintada recientemente, tiene un refrigerador nuevo, lavadora y secadora, lavavajillas, estufa y calentador. Nuevo sistema central de refrigeración y calefacción. El elevador de 2500 libras brinda comodidad adicional a los huéspedes. Dos estacionamientos firmados (cubiertos e invitados descubiertos). We just spent a week here and it was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and great view from the balcony with awesome seating out there. The restaurant Keegans across the street is amazing, definitely go there.

In the past, I primarily used timeshares. This unit was spotless and was well supplied. There was a closet with everything you would need for the beach including chairs, towels, pop-up tents, noodles and children's beach toys.The unit had a beautiful side view of the beach as stated in the property outline.Andrey was extremely accommodating and promptly answered any questions. I would gladly rent from him again.

To start, Andre was super communicative by answering each & every question I had and sent a detailed message with everything else. The condo was so nice, clean and comfortable. Everything we could have needed was available. Bonus points for a really comfortable master bed! I'd recommend Andre and his beautiful condo to anyone and hope to stay there again myself!

Fantastic place to stay. Andre is always available but we didnt need anything with everything in good order and clean. Pool is nice and beach is as close you can possibly get. This was our 2nd time renting this unit and are very happy with The Hamilton House, the unit and location. Recommended for families.

Condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchenware and basic supplies. Convenient location for visiting anywhere near Clearwater down to St. Pete Beach.For those who struggle with stairs, the newly refurbished elevator works well.Easy access to White sands Beach with a bit of an Ocean view from the balcony. It is worth a note that the Living room furniture is well worn and people with mobility issues may have a hard time getting up from the seats since they sink down quite a bit. Overall, we had a Good Experience with this unit and would recommend to others!QLB
