Great location! Beautiful view! Very clean and love that there is a lot within walking distance. There is a tiki bar by the pool and a Shake Shop next door. John’s Pass is also close enough to walk to.

This is the perfect location--right on the beach with a pool and tiki bar. The suite was clean and comfy. We didn't want to leave!

The place was nice and parking was great. The AC stopped working they called a tech, and it stopped working again, the tech came out again and stated the AC has been a problem for a few months. He was able to fix it, but we had two nights we couldn't sleep, the unit reached 80 degrees. The last night the unit reset in the middle of the night and stated precooling to 50 degrees. Needless to say it was freezing in the place when we woke up. It's very disappointing the owner didn't offer a partial refund or something.

Becoming a Treasure Islander

Our second year staying at Sunset Vista. Very good facility, Tiki Bar, Cafe and a couple pools with direct access to beach. Beautiful Sunsets and lots of close restaurants and activities.

Spring Traing Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Treasure Island at Sunset Vistas Resort. The condo was beautiful with a fabulous view. The furniture including beds were all very comfortable and the condo was exceptionally clean. A five star review! We hope to be back next year!

Lovely Three Days

This property is in a great location with a good view of the beach and water. It is comfortable and has all the basic kitchen necessities including a large selection of herbs and spices if you are into cooking. The location is easily accessible to the major highways and also to the cities of St. Petersburg and Tampa.

Wonderful

We had a great time. Condo was spotless. The view was perfect. Had all the appliances we needed. The king size bed was comfortable, the full size one a little hard for my taste. I can’t wait to book here again!

Great Property

Absolutely loved our stay! My son and I came to visit family who did not live in the area of the condo but I like to stay where I have a view of the ocean. It was perfect! Very clean, comfy beds, updated appliances with everything you need in a kitchen. Love the location as well. Easy to get to wherever you need to go. Will be back!

Perfection

By far the best place we have stayed in the St. Pete area! The condo had literally everything we needed which was so helpful when we were flying in and couldn’t pack much. The location was perfect. Having our own parking spot right near the elevators and room was an ultimate plus! Beach access and a cute bar were right at the end of the parking garage. This place couldn’t be anymore convenient and perfect! We will definitely be back!

Great Condo--had everything we were looking for!

It covered all the bases--view of beautiful beach and sunset, pool, hot tub, beach so close! Suggestions for host would be to maybe provide at least 2 garbage bags and 2 more chairs for balcony. We appreciated having the beach chairs but they are hard to sit on the the balcony. Definitely can see us visiting again! Thank you!

Wonderful stay

We’ve stayed at the Vistas before but not in this unit. Everything is so convenient, pool, bar and beach right there! Everything was clean and bed extremely comfortable and the supply of beach chairs and towels were very much appreciated. The only negative, and certainly not a deal breaker, would be that the oversized bed frame in the master was quite an obstacle navigating in and out of the room. We acquired quite a few bruises from bumping into it! We’d love to stay again sometime!
