We travel frequently, understand that occasional issues can arise. our experience at villa 219 fell short of expectations. The location, resort, staff, service, view from villa, all 4-5 star. Issue was property only. Hearing our issues the resort graciously refunded a portion of our stay. staff and management were great. Indicated they normally will note that there is construction near but missed this one. Owner noted of deficiencies.There is active house construction directly across the road beginning around 7:00 AM each day not noted in the description, the constant use of a grinder on concrete is the worst. Quite a bit of other construction in this area ongoing as well. Would have booked a different property here if known. The Villa (219) we rented has deficiencies. Had to locate the electrical panel and restore power to different areas of the home that included one bedroom, one bathroom and Wi-Fi, breaker has tripped twice during our stay. One bedroom had a dried shower trap, so sewer odor (we fixed). Other bedroom toilet will run continuous until you fiddle with flush, master bedroom duvet not working, bedrooms are missing bug screens on exterior walls, living room slat doors need maintenance (very hard to open), shower head in bathroom off living room will not stay up to height. cloths dryer not working, barbecue barely works, privacy slats below house in dire need of repair.
