The front desk staff were amazing and kind at check in. When we arrived in our room, I realized no towels, washclothes etc were left. We called the front desk, they said they would get them up there and we left for our event. When arriving back from event, it was late. No towels still. We called front desk, they said we would have to come get them.

A nice spot if you are hoping to stay in downtown St. Louis. The whole process was straightforward; I was allowed to do my own thing and enjoy my own space. The free breakfast is always a bonus.

My son and I checked in for one night to go to the Shinedown concert at the Enterprise center. It's a little tough to get to because of construction and they need more valet attendant's. It's a beautiful hotel.

The staff was great, but probably won’t stay again

Once we got to our final room, our stay was totally fine. However, we waited in line for awhile while the staff waited on other customers ahead of us. While in line, one guest went to the front counter 3 times - each time was because the room they sent him to was not clean and ready. Finally, his 3rd time down, he refused to stay at the hotel. Meanwhile, another guest who had just checked in also came back down and said her room didn’t have any sheets or blankets on the bed. We were worried at this point but were in a rush to get to ballpark village. The 1st room we were sent to was dirty, with all the blankets on the floor, wet floors, etc. We went to the front counter and requested a different room. That room was ok. Parking was a little over $57 and I did not feel safe walking outside the hotel. The homelessness is terrible in that area.
