Beautiful old building in middle of remodel. Employees were friendly and helpful. Valet parking staff hustled. We were on 11th floor and elevator broke. Thank goodness we were going down the stairs because my husband has a neuroligical condition that causes numbness in his feet. We cannot walk up 11 flights of stairs. Maintanance guy there said it breaks all the time. While walking down stairs there were areas where handrails had been pulled out of wall.
Fairly attractive inside! Not safe or attractive outside. Lots of homeless people hanging around entrances. Staff appearance poor and lacked professionalism. Valet parking expensive and a distance away. Building still under construction.
