When we got there it was 2:55pm. I was told by the front desk staff that we had to leave and come back after 3pm to check in. He wouldn't check is in 5 minutes early because he was leaving. When we were able to check in, the gentleman working at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. There was a female security guard working there that was super sweet and helped us unload our bags. We later left to do some sightseeing. When we returned, I parked using the valet services since there's limited parking around the area. The valet is only available 7am-11:30pm and we needed to leave the next morning by 5am. The valet guys said it would be no problem, they would bring our car down and park it in front of the hotel that morning and leave the keys with the front desk. The next morning, there was no car and no keys. The guy working at the front desk said he could show me where the car was parked so I could get it myself. It was quite a ways away and lots of homeless people outside. I am a female traveling with two children and had to walk quite a distance in the dark, retrieve my car, and drive back to the hotel to return the garage exits key card to the hotel staff. Extremely inconvenient and unsafe. Overall, the property was nice and clean. Also convenient to local sightseeing.
