My husband and I stayed at apartment following birth of granddaughter who was a patient at Cardinal Glennon Children’s hospital. The location was great - close to hospital and lots of restaurants in area

Great apartment in an excellent area

It was an excellent apartment, very well appointed and finished to a high spec, not rushed. The neighbourhood is safe and excellent with great restaurants and bars. Communciation from the host was great. I have tried a couple of short-stays in St Louis and this one really hit the mark, much better than others.

Property in great location

This property is located near great restaurants, a wonderful gelateria/coffee place, and some interesting shops in an established neighborhood. So many things to do are within walking distance. The bed for sleeping and the couch for sitting were very comfortable. The host was very responsive when I had a question. The checkin and checkout were a breeze.

Weekend get away

The apartment was in a good location spacious enough to fulfill our trip needs. Management is very helpful with everything. Access to the location was easy. Walking distance to several bars as well as walking distance to different breakfast places. Definitely will be back when we are in town for the next Cardinals game or blues game.

A pleasant little retreat after work!

Me and my mother stayed 3 weeks here during a work trip and couldnt have been happier! They had everything we needed plus some. Not only is it in a generally nice area, the convenience store literally next door and the grocery across the street was really nice to have. Check in was smooth and the place was cleaner than most hotels I check into. If we had any issues, Diem answered back nearly immediately and took care of us! Over all a great place!

2 week work trip

Exactly as described, Roku available to watch on down time. Everything you need to cook is available. It can get a little loud at night due to being right by Grand Ave. Other-then that I highly recommend.

It is good for short term and had everything I needed. Only thing was AC didn’t work great and it was very hot outside when I was there. Otherwise no problems

Concerning fight at the gas station next door, heat wasn’t working (space heater was available), uncomfortable living area. It was clean, communication was good, parking was good.

Close to Everything, Great Value

The property was as listed and perfect for what we needed. The owner was available each time I messaged and very helpful. It is in Tower Grove Neighborhood which is a desirable area, the park is nearby, restaurants, bars and markets. The gas station next door would be my only complaint as there was some undesirable traffic at times but we were in this unit for almost a full month and there were no problems. Our dog came with us and we were able to accommodate her with the backyard and walks everyday.

Place was not the cleanest, there was caked on dust on the light fixtures, under the desk, the bed, etc. Hallway closet door could not be shut due to it being broken, bedroom door had to be forced shut. Listing shows there is a toaster and we could not find one. Bed is very, very, very, firm - like a rock. Pictures listed made the unit appear a lot nicer.
