Not filthy but not clean, felt like when you ask your teenager if there room is clean and they say it’s not that bad and you go in there and it no where near meets your standards. Needs a deep cleaning.

The staff were superb! The hotel? Not so much. Our lamp flickered nonstop, the AC whistled and screamed all night, and the beds were far from comfortable. It was a tad noisy but the hotel appeared to be packed as well. This is a pet friendly hotel, but there are not a lot of spaces for pet relief. It's also right next to what appears to be a popular bus station.

This property was incredibly clean and seems to be updated recently to keep up with modern times. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating to our single issue we encountered. My only downside to this hotel, was the size was on the smaller side and only one elevator, which made going back to my room a longer process due to the traffic in the morning.

We did not end up staying here. When we got to the room, it smelled funky. My husband went to the ac unit and pulled out the filters and they were FULL. When he went to the bathroom to empty them into the trash, he discovered there was black mold in on the ceiling where there appeared to be water damage. The shower/bathtub was yellowing. Overall it just wasnt great. He went downstairs and they offered a different room. That rooms AC wasnt working. SO we just got a refund and found somewhere else to stay.

Rating: poor

I could not comfortably use my laptop to attend to business matters. The piece of furniture used for a desk in the rooms is not at desk height and the chair could not be raised high enough to use it. I looked all over the property for a comfortable alternative and there was none. There was no place to hang business clothes, and the iron was too dirty to use. The carpet in the hallways was not vacuumed well at all. Debris along edges and corners. Dog poop on the first floor when getting off the elevator sat for most of day before getting cleaned up. Room was not serviced the entirety of our stay. The 'gazebo' area was disgusting and the furniture completely worn out and terribly uncomfortable. Property seemed safe enough, except for when we found an exit door propped open with a rock one night. Bath/shower very unsafe! Safety bars are needed for even an able-bodied person because of the slick marble walls and floor. I sat on the side chair in the room and one of the legs came off. Further inspection looked like the leg was being used as a prop and was not attached to the chair. The hotels.com site rated this hotel an 8, which is why I booked it. I will report to hotels.com that it most definitely is not an 8.

The stay was your average stay at a hotel. It did what we needed it to. There were just a few things that could have been better maintained. The pool seemed green so we didn’t even attempt to swim in it. Our beds were clean and neat however the bathroom sink had a huge crusted up something on the faucet and that was not great to see and the shower had hair on the wall. The floor could have used some cleaning and our mirror was filthy with markings all over the glass.

The hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There are many different restaurants in the area plus two grocery stores. Because it's located near I-270, it's easy to go to various shopping malls and areas.

The staff was friendly and professional and the grounds and property were very clean. Free breakfast was average, but the specialty coffee machine that was available all day and evening was 10/10! This is an older hotel, so there are a few issues - our rooms were very humid - to the point that some candy I had fused together and all of our clothing felt slightly damp. We tried turning on the heat to dry the room a bit but it didn't help. Our friend across the hall had a similar experience. I love that it's a pet friendly hotel and was especially glad to see the floors were not carpeted. Not a bad hotel at the expedia price. A bbq restaurant in the same parking lot and a Quick Trip across the street. Convenient.
