Room appeared clean but very worn. Carpet had many stains. The outlet plugs, my CPAP machine, hair appliances were holding on for dear life to stay connected . The bathroom door smacked the shower curtain rod when you enterer, husband thought someone was knocking on the door. When using the shower, the knob to make the water go to the shower overhead would barely move causing low flow on the shower head and most water still running out the faucets. Didn’t have breakfast but did have some good hot coffee from the breakfast bar with several creamer options.

The room in general was not clean. The drapes over the A/C were black and weren’t properly hung. The mirror and picture frames in the bathroom were both damaged and peeling. The floors were not freshly vacuumed and under the sink was dirty. The sink and shower faucets leaked. The door to the door was not hung straight so it was difficult to close. We were supposed to have a non smoking room but there was definitely a lingering odor that they appeared to try to cover up. One of the luggage carts sounded like it was going to fall apart when it was pushed.

Hotel waited until after booking to say there actually was no airport shuttle. Room itself was in OK condition, but all of the outlets were loose and most didn't work well enough to power electronics. Loud rattling noises intermittently from the fridge and AC system, and the inside of the fridge was dirty with some things from a previous resident there.

Online on expedia they mentioned that an airport shuttle is available. However, when you call the hotel for the shuttle they tell you there is none. The rooms are outdated. The microwave in the room was very old. It was giving 1970s. The carpet in the lobby was stained and old. The staff had good service and were very nice to their guests.

Horrible choice on my part. You should be ashamed and embarrassed to represent this hotel. Greasy carpet, phone didn’t work, remote didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush, shower curtain didn’t stay closed. . So tired when we got in, just didn’t feel like going anywhere else. I will tell everyone not to go there and will never book with you again. Had to shower before surgery, but still feel dirty.

The first day was wonderful. The desk staff was extremely pleasant and all other staff was accommodating. The hot water failed during the second day, and I only found out when I was getting ready to take a shower, which didn’t happen. I had to wash up with cold water. It wasn’t fixed that night, nor the next day, which meant I was washing up in cold water again. The staff of the hotel said absolutely nothing about it, and I only found out that the entire hotel was affected after talking to another guest at checkout.
