Nathan was fantastic! The house was beautiful and so cozy. It was perfect for our quick family trip! Would absolutely stay again! The master bedroom is like a hotel with a great tv! Thank you!

Was the perfect location for our family to stay while visiting family in the area. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and checked in on us to be sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Ballwin

We were in town for a birthday party. The location was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Nathan was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Charming, clean, well-maintained

My family loved staying in the perfectly located, well-appointed home. Extremely well-maintained property, host was always very quick to respond. Highly recommend and would stay there again without hesitation.

A quality stay in a great location

My family of 4 stayed at this comfortable, modernized property for over a week and it was everything we needed. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and living room, and laundry helped made us feel right at home. The easy check-in and check-out process, and friendly communicative owner, made our experience a breeze. Fully recommend this house and we would stay here again.

Jones Stay

Overall our stay was excellent. Property was clean, great location, and loved the master bedroom and bed. Stocked very well with everything needed. AC worked great on a 95 degree day, home was very comfortable.Front mini blind was broken and needs to be replaced. Tub and shower could use some updating, but again overall excellent home to rent.

Good stay, would recommend

We stayed in the 3 BR for a family visit. The house is extremely clean and was well represented in the pictures. We made one full dinner and found the kitchen stocked with all the needed equipment. The beds are comfortable and the single bathroom was light and workable. The host touches base regularly to check in and make sure everything is going well. We will definitely look to stay hear again when visiting our family.

This is a great property to stay in. I needed a place close to my niece and near shopping and this fit the bill. It is pretty quiet and the area is low on traffic. I felt safe and secure staying alone. There are no stairs to climb. The master bedroom has a very comfortable mattress and I slept well. The floors are LVP which I love as I hate staying in homes or hotels with carpet. Nice bath with great water pressure for showering. Laundry was available off of hallway. Coffee maker is dual for both pods or pots. The owner had both pods and grounds available for making coffee. There are plenty of supplies for cooking if needed and a great range for cooking. It had a decent back yard with a picnic table for morning coffee or meals. There are tons of nearby restaurants as well as grocery stores. There is a small park at the entrance of the subdivision, mostly for kids, but that is on the road that is busy. The host answered my questions withing minutes. The digital entry lock makes access simple. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting a comfortable stay.

Felt like home

Really modern, clean, and comfortable house very conveniently located. I rented this property for 8 days while out in Missouri for work and it felt like home. Communication with Nathan was perfect and he was very attentive to any needs that I may have. I will definitely stay here again when i am out there for work. Tru the little sno-cone shop around the corner from here. Really cute shop that serves boozy sno-cones along with regular ones. Delicious and nostalgic. Thanks again, Nathan!

Beautiful Ranch Home

The host is great about answering questions in a timely fashion. The home had plenty of sitting space, and I liked the fact that it had a garage, and the backyard was fenced in and I enjoyed watching the birds and a couple of rabbits while sitting at the picnic table under the back awning over a little patio. This place was great and I also felt it as convenient to shopping and had easy access to main roads to do sightseeing. I felt comfortable walking this neighborhood. The place has outdoor cameras and electronic locks. Has a nice clean look and a couple of places for guests to park. I would be happy to stay there again and thought it more than adequate for my needs.
