Never had any problems when I have had family tay here. Excellent property and it’s right off the highway.

There were issues (excessively loud A/C, key cards that wouldn't open our door) but all issues were handled promptly by staff.
Very clean! Lots to offer within the hotel. Restaurant, bar, shuttle, pool and hot tub!
Front elevator was not functioning, 1st room smelled badly of smoke, they moved me to 2nd room which was ok - bed comfortable, quiet. Biggest disappointments was pool/ hot-tub were closed & lounge closed @ 10 PM, before I returned from Cards baseball game. Room rate was reasonable but wasn't aware of $50 security deposit addition. They refund the deposit 3-5 days after checkout. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I liked the t location I was in town to attend a funeral close to the location. I hated the roaring ac heating unit if it was running you could not hear the television. Secondly, we asked that the room be cleaned they said ok and it never happened. I was there for 3 days. The desk in the room was broken. I let the clerk at the front desk upon check out she said the manager would contact me….that never happened. There are too many choices. A company should not ignore quest. The staff was very friendly and by the way we where served spoiled Orange juice at breakfast?????? We had to get our own towels surely we where not expected to use the same towels for 3 days. Please do better, again there are a lot of choices.
Close to I-55 and options for dining/grocery
We were at the hotel for two nights to share in a wedding off site. The hotel was fine at the entrance but hugely disappointing once inside. There were no coffee supplies, no one cleaned our room or even knocked to ask if we wanted service , the “breakfast” could be titled free coffee and the wifi was weak. The other guests in our floor woke us up both nights with late night yelling and drinking and there were no privacy signs available. The only positive thing I have to offer is that the drivers for shuttle service to the wedding were professional, timely and excellent.

The seats in the restaurant area showed wear and needed replacement
The first room we were given smelled like an ashtray and had noisy drunk people next door, bad first impression. After complaining to the staff, they were real friendly and apologetic and gave us a new room which was much better. They gave us free drink tickets for the inconvenience and aside from the handle in the shower falling off every time we used it, it was a better experience.
