4 adults with 2 toddlers. Plenty of space for us. Kids loved the toys and games on basement. A/C took a min to figure out to cool rental down upon arrival. Yard needed some maintenance both in front and back. Inside could see was doing some updates recently. Was on communication with property owner about some concerns. Owner was fast to respond and get issues addressed. The neighborhood was very nice and close to multiple things.
