everyone was friendly and helpful. restaurant food was not up to l was expected. but overall hotel was good.

It was clean, no face towels, no blankets on bed only sheet, bed very uncomfortable. Staff was not as friendly as other places i have stayed. Price was good

It was close to great night life and the beach. The included breakfast options were a bit limited.

I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. My room had no hot water so my family and I had to take cold showers. The WiFi signal is terrible and frequently disconnects and only works in the lounge and outside. I couldn’t make local calls from my room which was fustrating. The hotel doesn’t have elevators so if your room is located on the second floor be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs. The hotel is need for a complete renovation. I contacted the hotel manager via email regarding the issues we had and she basically just apologized and offered no compensation and stated that she hopes we would consider staying there in the future. I would never book at this hotel again and if your smart you’ll spend the extra money and stay someplace else. There are several other hotels in the area to choose from and I’m sure they are much better in quality.

While the Time Out Hotel was in a great location, had amazing service, attentive staff, updated and spacious rooms and a great value for the price, being in the heart of the all action was actually the downside. It was too noisy in the evenings and late nights, which made it difficult to get a good nights rest. Also, my room was DIRECTLY above the restaurant, courtyard and entrance. I couldn't have had a worse room location.

Wasnt what we expected. Service was poor orbitz gave us wrong information

My overall experience with the Time Out Hotel, was great.

Room had no screen on the patio door. The hot water wasn't hot, if it was on at al, at night. It seemed like they shut the hot water off at night. I had to call down to the front desk, to complain about it a few nights, and as soon as I did, the water got hot. My room had a small little ironing board, and no iron. I had to call down to the front desk for an iron. The alarm clock was broken and kept going off at night, all by itself. And I have never been to a hotel, that didn't supply wash clothes. My first, and last time staying at that hotel.

the bed was uncomfortable. No wash cloths. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

I've stayed at the Time Out once before in 2016. It was such a gem in the St Lawrence Gap area - close to the beach and nightlife, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and working facilities. I can't say that much of this is still true 2 years later. Upon arrival, we were told that the property does NOT provide WASHCLOTHS - this is not public information and was the first drawback. We made due by catching a cab to town to hunt down washcloths. The staff member also alerted us to the fact that the rooms are only cleaned every 2 days. This initially wasn't an issue because we understood that they are trying to be more green as a property. However, she followed that up with the notion that we were not going to get the room cleaned at all for our entire stay. Our reservation was for 3 nights (Thurs - Sun) because we wanted to ensure check in upon arriving early Friday on a red-eye. When I told her that she stated that even though the room was from Thursday our check in time determined if the room would get cleaned our not. I highlighted the fact that the room was reserved from Thursday and therefore according to their "cleaning policy" should be cleaned at least once before our departure. She once again said it was pushed back due to the time. Seeing no win in this we just finished the check-in process. Upon receiving room assignments we were denied rooms in the same area although we booked as a group. This hotel was a good Once Upon A Time I use to recommend it but not anymore

Initially placed in a twin room when I booked a double room. Moved to a room that teamed of urine so bad hotel staff had to use air freshener prior to our entrance. There were a lot of mosquitoes and you could see dead mosquitoes in the wall. The bathroom was dirty the shower curtain felt slimy as if it had never been changed. The furniture was old and outdated.

My room had hardly any water pressure in the shower I had to use my hands to splash myself with water coming from the shower head. The water pressure was so low I couldn't even wash my hair as it was just barely trickling out. The rooms do not come with any blankets on the beds, only sheets. This hotel is located in the heart of the GAP, but truthfully this is a sad area. This whole country is very poor and when I was there I encountered wild roosters and chickens everywhere in the street. As well as stray dogs who clearly were starving as their ribs were showing and could barley walk from being malnourished. This country is very sad I would only recommend a visit if you plan on helping aid the people this is not a place for vacation.

The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent. Most of the hospitality staff were helpful. The staff should be more knowledgeable with events in the country. The accommodation need improving. Especially the bathroom. We also lost cable and was unable to view programs. The WiFi need improvement.

I honestly have nothing but great things to say. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. They booked my island tour for me. Set me up with the greatest taxi driver Glen who I ended up using my whole trip. The bartenders were great and friendly. Amazing location, staff and overall experience.

Hotel was okay. Room too noisy facing street/field area. Had to move second night. Staff good and understanding. Many stays in Barbados but first time this far down Gap. Not my preference for future trips but glad to get this last available room in South coast on short notice. Recommend hotel/area for younger crowd.

The Welcome At the Front desk was warm and genuine. We checked into the room in 5 minutes. All the wireless I came in contact with were very professional.
