Welcome to Turtles Nest Beach Apartments! This apartment, called Sandy Tracks, couldn’t be closer to the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. This brand-new apartment is beautifully decorated with 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, a large living room and fully-equipped kitchen, just footsteps away from the spectacular Dover Beach! This apartment is on the ground floor, with no steps, and is easily accessible.

The open plan lounge is very comfortable with large windows facing the sea and flows into the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. It has a private patio outside the lounge and master bedroom, with comfortable seating and a small garden. A private gate opens just steps away from the main beach access. Original coral stone walls have been preserved during the remodeling of this historic building and can be seen throughout this apartment.

High speed internet is available throughout, and there is free Netflix TV. This apartment is conveniently located on St. Lawrence Gap:

The apartment name comes from the popularity of Dover Beach with nesting hawksbill turtles. The turtles’ large sandy tracks can often be seen during nesting season (in the summer) and 60 days later a mass tiny sandy tracks can be seen when hatchlings emerge and dash down to the sea. It’s a special experience to see either of these natural wonders of nature so we hope you get lucky!

Throughout Turtles Nest Beach Apartments, you’ll be able to enjoy art by local artists. The owners are well-known on the island for their art-based family business, Best of Barbados Gift Shops, and the paintings and some accessories in each ‘Nest’ are by all three generations - Jill Walker, Sue Trew and Holly Trew. The family also support local art and craft persons, so be sure to admire the unique pieces you’ll find in each apartment. The Master bedroom in Sandy Tracks, decorated in refreshing greens with a palm tree theme, has a bamboo 4-poster king bed, an ensuite and a private gallery. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite with a walk-in wardrobe. While the third bedroom has twin beds that can be joined to make a king on request, a spacious wardrobe and an ensuite adapted to accommodate those that need a little more assistance. All bathrooms have showers and fun artistic details, making them unique.

Guests can enjoy the use of thoughtful details like a welcome package of refreshments on arrival, a boogie board for surfing the waves, a cooler for island expeditions or just for cool drinks on the beach, loungers for each guest and a community hall cupboard with games and books for all ages.
