Good clean room that was cleaned every day. All the hotel staff, from the hotel receptionists to the waiters in the restaurants, to the housekeepers and of course the bar staff all were very courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. Although there is a gym, it is a bit cramped, but functional.

Room ok twin beds were old and creaky.You couldnt move without loud creaks.roomwater wasnt renewed .The spa jacuzzi was out of action for 5 of our 8 day stay.Pool wasnt cleaned during our stay.Staff were all very polite and helpful but there was a lack of maintenance in areas of the hotel.

Clean spacious room with lovely bay view balcony. Hearty delicious breakfast with good veg and healthy options. Staff were all great particularly Kabita (breakfast) and Shakti (lounge bar). The staff were absolutely fantastic. The entire hotel, even how it smells, feels luxurious, calming and beautiful! It was well worth going for a sea view balcony and getting that outstanding sunrise view every morning! Highly recommend a massage in the spa as well!

I had a really good experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception were very good at check in and other Miscellaneous services. Rachael arrange the birthday cake, my following up relentlessly and ensuring that the details were were right and the cake will be delivered on the right day. Ashutosh was an absolute star as he ensured that my wife’s birthday celebrations and the cake were handed to me promptly. He was courteous And efficient in dealing with me during check out. Oumaima was very efficient too in arranging room service food for me from the reception. Thanks for making our stay a great one! Kudos to all the staff. Manjil was quite good too in providing a very good cappuccino.
