We are centrally located inside the heart of St. Joseph. Free parking is available on top by apartment entrance. Well lit, but we recommend not leaving valuables in vehicle. Paid laundry is available. Whether you're here to see the sites or looking for a place to stay for a little while, there is everything you need just minutes away. WIFI included and Laundromat onsite. Open everyday from :10 AM - 7 PM December 1st to March 31st / 9 AM - 8 PM April 1st to November 30th *After hours available with notice

Floor was a little greasy and didn’t feel very clean but everything else was as advertised. Bed and a bathroom with a little fridge. Great location. Continent for most places to see and eat in Saint Jo. We would stay again and recommend it versus a pricy hotel.

Positives - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.Negatives-Online VRBO photos DO NOT match the room I stayed in. The bathroom had a tub instead of walk-in shower and was not as updated or nice as the picture online. There is no decor in the room at all, there is no where to sit but the bed, the dresser drawers are way to small to fit clothes in and there was no hair dryer as indicated online. It had snowed the day before I arrived and the ramp leading to the room was not cleaned off.
