Hospitality was a 10/10, as a solo female traveller I felt very safe and cared for during my stay, truly felt like I was staying at a family’s place. The location was perfect, easy to get Ubers or walk to downtown or Signal Hill. The host was very caring, responsive and accessible throughout the trip. I would absolutely stay here again!

There was no was no view of the ocean, close to downtown. The parking that was offered in the writeup came for a fee, not free (should have been stated) We took this because of the breakfast that was offered, there was no breakfast. Heating was by plug in space heater, bathroom was always cold. Hotel has bus stop at front door so noisy.
