Very clean and well kept resort. Staff always very nice and friendly. The only negative thing I want to point out is, that Mario’s and Drunken Duck kept their restaurants ice cold. Also the Jewelry store.

Room was clean. 85% of the staff was rude. Food was good! bartenders acted as though you were putting them out just asking for a drink.

The facility was lovely. Needs some updating. A number of the servers were very rude. Housekeeping for the rooms didn’t clean room well. Bathroom was never cleaned. Beach was beautiful. Too many people aggressively coming to us on the beach trying to sell stuff

Wait staff was rude and unfriendly, I got eye rolls when I woul ask for a drink. There was a small handful of good wait staff. It was also difficult getting dining reservations, only to look in and see many open tables. The rooms could have used updating.

This was our first time in Antigua, and my wife and I had a good and relaxing experience at the resort. We have visited other Sandals locations in the past, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, despite the building being somewhat old. However, the elevator did not function well. We also tried the spa, which was an awesome experience, and we rated it 10/10. While the resort staff was efficient, they didn't seem to show much empathy toward the guests. Overall, we appreciated the variety of food options available.

The resort was spacious and safe. Everyone was friendly. Only negative aspects were the elevators and the photographers. On the Mediterranean Side there are two non air conditioned elevators. One elevator would not go to our floor. So we had to get off on the floor before and walk up the stairs. The other elevator wouldn’t go to the first floor so had to get off on 2nd Floor and walk down. The other negative is the continuous staff photographers snapping pictures everywhere you went on the resort. You felt the paparazzi were following you around. Each photo is $20 if you chose to purchase. You don’t have to purchase but it is stressful knowing they are coming and you have to say “No Thanks” while enjoying your dinner and the entertainment. On a positive note try to go on an excursion to Shirley Heights and private tour of the Island with Flava Tours in the air conditioned van.
