Very nice & clean place. We would stay here again. We delt with power issues on the island. It’s not the villas fault & they were kind enough to bring a generator to allow us to shower, ect.

The host was excellent! The amenities were great the villa was absolutely beautiful! There was wildlife to watch, seaglass to find every day, snorkeling, and it was extremely quiet and private!

Quiet Paradise

Great location if you want to be just 5 min from Cruz Bay but away from the hussle and bustle. The house itself was beautiful, large and well supplied. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing house!

The process was so easy! The hosts were absolutely amazing, checking in on us as we arrived to the VI. Then they met us at the property and gave us the tour and overview. They gave us recommendations for everything we asked for. It gave a sense of security in case anything happened. The house and amenities were beyond what we expected! Very clean and well kept. I would 100% recommend this house!

Fantastic

Everything was perfect working with Ashley and Brandon was seamless and they coordinated the details that I had not thought of and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay in the exact same unit again and loved the proximity to Cruz bay and the secluded feel of Chocolate Hole.

Better than the pictures!!

We loved the amenities, host help and willingness to extend our stay, ability to have friends over for dinner because of the great kitchen set up and all of the space available to us. The views and beach are amazing and we are so happy to have spent our Leap Day vacation here!!

We will come back

Book VI was extremely communicative and helpful prior to our trip and on the day of arrival. The townhome itself was beautiful and well stocked, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed all the water toys. The only negative which isn't a huge deal, is the lack of counter space. We cook a lot, but it is what it is. The rest of the house and location more than made up for it. We will definitely be returning to this rental.

Even better than expected!

Our group had a fabulous time on St. John and the Pond Bay unit was even better than it looks in the pictures. Dana helped with our check in and met us at the ferry dock and lead us to the unit. She gave us a rundown and tour. The place comes with all beach gear needed and the location is an easy drive to Cruz Bay.

St John Experience

This brand new Villa was a pleasure to vacation at, the views were spectacular! The Kitchen was well appointed and the rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. We loved being so close to the water for a morning walk or afternoon snorkeling. St John is truly our Happy Place.
