Great place. Kids enjoyed the kayaks and easy access to the bay. This is the bottom unit of a stacked duplex, but we didn’t hear the upstairs neighbors unless we were outside on deck. The only suggestion I would make is that it would have been nice to have more information at the residence about the island (I.e. good beaches to visit, recommendations on restaurants, things to do, etc).
