Great property

We had a large group with many teen boys. The facilities, such as the pickle ball courts, heated swimming pool and hot tub were all well maintained and clean and the boys used them often. The resort itself was quiet and well taken care of. The property had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean (I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness). We would definitely stay here again.

Great house

This house was great! Very clean and comfy. The only thing I would say that was a LITTLE bit of a bummer was that when we arrived the hot tub was cold. We had to wait a while for it to form up. Other than that, there are no complaints whatsoever. We hope to stay there again.

Such a great vacation spot!

we loved everything about the ledges condo and community. The house was very roomy and functional and accommodated our large group perfectly. We loved having a pool and Pickleball court so close the restaurant was delicious as well thank you so much. We will be back.

Great space for entire family

Our annual girl’s trip was held here. Great condo. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean, nice bedding, fully stocked kitchen. Enough space for us all to sit around and visit. Thought we would use the hot tub but ran out of time. Great amenities with pickleball and swimming pools. Close to walking trail. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for family gathering place

This home is a perfect family gathering place! We had my grown siblings and their spouses coming in from Wyoming, Maryland, Texas, Nevada and Arizona and this was a perfect place to relax and be a home base while we explored Zion, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow and Bryce Canyon parks and the St. George area. The home is very well appointed and had everything we needed. It even had pickleball courts and a beautiful pool right on the end of the block!

It was a great place for us to meet together as a family for a celebration of life. We loved the amenities hot tub, game room, bikes, etc. Having a pool and pickle ball court close by was awesome. I would recommend this to others and when we come back to St. George we would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful and plenty of room!

We had a wonderful stay for a family adventures. Many different people going in different directions and this was a wonderful location and accommodated our needs well. The space was inviting and had plenty of room for everyone to have individual time as well. We love the game room, fire pit, an outdoor living space. All around a great place.

Great place

Very nice spacious place. Plenty of beds, plenty of gathering areas. We enjoyed getting the whole family together. Evenings on the patio with the fire pit were great. Barbecue worked great. I even beat the high score on Ms Pac-Man. Brought me back to my youth. So much fun. It is a great gathering place.

A nice comfortable stay

Over all, this was a great place to stay with enough things to do to keep everyone happy. The ping pong table, pickleball courts and bicycles were enjoyable & handy. One night though, next door, there was a soccer team staying. A group of older girls, drinking, laughing, talking & shouting, till 3 A..M. They were quite loud, and kept everyone in our house awake. The swimming pool was very nice also, except one night, there was another group swimming with their dog, throwing a ball all around to go fetch. Very inconsiderate I think. Our family's didn't like swimming or staying around with that going on. It wasn't long before they had everyone else out of the pool and had the pool to themselves.
