Only beach in town.

If you are looking for paradise in the scenery and the beach/ocean/snorkeling, this is the place for you! There is no better location on the island of St Croix. The facility is in need of major remodeling, but is clean. We will be back!!

I booked a double queen for my family. When we arrived, I was in a single. The staff "found me a room," but it was dirty, smelled like sewage, the cabinets were disintegrating from water damage, the beds were old and uncomfortable, there were BIG cracks in the walls and sink, the building was falling apart, tiles were left in the walkways, the sink was cracked, paint peeling. I could go on... I was told they were finding me a room the first few days, but none materialized. There was an issue with a guest who was so drunk he smashed his head, and blood gushed everywhere. The guest fell on my mother, and took three men to pick him up. The general manager did not want to hear our complaints and said the hotel was "not pretending to be anything it isn't, and they can't control guests". I told her my seven-year-old was crying for an hour after the drunk and bloody man fell all over the place, and she mocked her and said she could believe she was crying for an hour. She interrupted every chance she could. One of the outlets burnt out while a Nintendo Switch plug was in the wall, and it melted the charger. When I showed the GM, she said, "what, does it cost all of $20?" she wrote me a check for the charger and refunded the "resort fee," and said she "would NOT be doing anything further". She also told us that the police, that we thought were on site because of the drunk man, were there because of a woman who wanted to kill herself. Unbelievably unprofessional.

The property is dated, but the prices are reasonable for the area, and the staff was nice and the rooms are clean.

I love that the rooms are very clean and have everyrhing you need for your stay. I don't love carrying my 50lb luggage up 2 flights of stairs with a bad back and no one to assist. They should definitely have a ramp somewhere for people who are not able to do this. Everyone on the island is usually really nice. The owner, I thinks it was, didn't really want to be bothered with an issue I had and got very defensive. Not my first run in with her, I prefer to seak to the staff as they are much nicer and way more accommodating.

Absolutely helpful and friendly staff excellent surroundings great beach . The perfect low key getaway

This Hotel WAS HORRIBLE!! The room was dirty. The entrance light in the room didn't work. The volume on the tv didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. Spider webs on the balcony. It's like the room was never cleaned before we checked in. When I went to get towels the next morning, the cleaning lady, older women with the short greyish hair, told me that "the laundry hadn't be delivered and if I had used towels to use those used towels or wait." The only part I liked about this hotel is that it has it's own beach due to the hotel actually being on an island. I WILL NOT STAY OR RECOMMEND staying at this hotel!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The whole atmosphere, the staff was wonderful and I will definitely come back

great environment, tranquil, although parts are derilect and needs upgrade in the old kitchen area.... spectacular view of the mainland and nice beach where the best staff are found .along with the taxi boat drivers.

Property hasn’t been well maintained. Furniture appeared to have water damage, ants, unclean towels and floors with fibers of hair everywhere. Also, the wifi didn’t reach our room and we were on the second floor near the lobby. Beach is ok and has a small casual restaurant and bar.

This is the best beach on the island. Staff is fantastic. The room is very dated, but clean. Will definitely return.

I liked the laidback atmosphere. Very picturesque views. I enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.
