Danke für den Aufenthalt in dieser ruhigen schönen Gegend, leider war das Inserat ungenau & die Waschmaschine gab es nicht. Doch die Kommunikation und das Entgegenkommen der Vermieterin haben uns sehr gefreut.

Urlaub in Menzenschwand

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles im guten Zustand. Es merkwürdig ist, dass es keine richtigen Heizungen gibt, sondern nur Wand montierte Flächenstrahler, oder Spiegel, die im Bad geheizt haben. Grundsätzlich war das aber ok.Ansonsten ist der Ort als Standort für Ausflüge optimal.

Sommerurlaub im Schwarzwald

Sehr schöne Wohnung am Ortsausgang des Ortes Menzenschwand. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, auf der von der Ortsstraße (Verkehr ist überschaubar, da das Tal und die Straße mit dem Beginn des Wandergebietes endet) abgewandten Seite, im Obergeschoss und ist über zwei Etagen verteilt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Ein kleiner Bestand an Artikeln zum Kochen/Trinken ist sogar vorhanden und kann direkt gekauft werden (sozusagen Minibar+). Das örtliche Wandergebiet ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, zudem bietet es sich auch gut als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung an. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in St. Blasien (8km), zudem befinden sich im Umkreis von 30min Schluch- und Titisee, Todtnauer Wasserfälle, Feldberg etc. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Zudem ist der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr gut, bei Rückfragen bekommt man in der Regel kurzfristig eine Rückmeldung. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Liebe Frau Weissinger, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super umd man kann hier toll entspannen und viele Wanderungen starten. Im Winter bestimmt auch super direkt an der Piste. Allerdings gibt es auch ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte. Die gesamte Beschreibung könnte genauer sein (z.B. Kapselkaffeemaschine) und korrekter sein. Die Angabe stimmen leider nicht immer. Zum Glück hatten wir den Hund nicht dabei, da in der Wohnung Tiere nicht gestattet sind, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung steht. Ebenso haben wir vergeblich den Whirlpool und die Mikrowelle gesucht. Nett wäre auch eine Gästemappe in der Wohnung, so dass man über die üblichen Sachen informiert ist (z.B. Wlanzugang), da nicht alle Handynetze Empfang haben. Wir hatten das Glück mit verschiedenen Netzen zu reisen und konnten uns so noch mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen um Nachfragen zu stellen.
