Boutique villa in les Hauts de Saint Jean with stunning Eden Rock view

Stunning view of Eden Rock in Saint Jean bay. A view you can even enjoy in the pool watching the sunset.
Setup as a duplex, the top floor comprises of a Chef Kitchen living room. The floating island can accommodate up to 8 guests for dinner. Aside from the view, the terrasse a lounging area and a small pool.
The lower floor is accessed through a tropical garden and has 2 identical suites and a studio. While we do not rent the studio currently for weekly stay. It will be available for longer stays and during the high season.
3 min for Eden Rock, Nikki Beach, Gypsea and all that St Jean has to offer.
4 min from Saline. You are at one of the best location the Island has to offer.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
