Welcome to Tropic Way, the ideal family house, located just minutes from the beach. This beautiful, spacious house is newly decorated in a beach-chic style. It is perfect for beach time, boating, kayaking, or fishing, all just minutes away. While you are not directly beachside, it's a short walk to the beach and only a short drive to historic St. Augustine as well as other attractions and restaurants. Tropic Way has space for everyone, even two whole groups. The entire house has been newly redecorated with professional interior design for your enjoyment. Also, the cottage is equipped with WiFi. So bring your electronic devices and stay in touch with family and friends.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all pots and pans, dinnerware, glasses and utensils, and appliances for preparing a large meal or just sitting and enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The home has everything you need. There is a four-person dining table in the kitchen and a separate dining area with a six-person dining table. Kick your feet up and relax in the inviting living area, which has been equipped with comfortable sofas and a smart TV.

The main suite is equipped with an extremely comfortable new bed and an en suite bath with a standalone shower. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Additional amenities include a full-size washer/dryer, ideal for wet beach towels.

This darling retreat is located on A1A and is centered between the Intercoastal Waterway and St. Augustine Beach. The beach is known for its miles of white sand and the Inter Coastal for its fishing and boating. There is parking available on the property for your boat. Devil's Elbow is a perfect place to launch and is a short drive away. You will not be indoors long with all St. Augustine has to offer, from Alligator Farm, Nightly Ghost Tours, the Fort, and even a sunset tour on a real pirate ship, all less than eight miles away.

Rules
Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:

Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
