The hotel is older, which is fine. But, the floor of room and bathroom was filthy. You would not want to walk around without shoes. The bed sheets were clean, the toilet was clean. I wiped down the floor around the toilet to try to convince myself I was being picky, it was gorgeous. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Sue and her staff did an amazing job of keeping plentiful towels in the room. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Great location with the beach within walking distance. Plentiful restaurants nearby also. Very reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay.

One of our rooms was fine for price point. Our second room AC didn’t work so in middle of the night my adult daughter and infant had to come into our room which was a double queen. Property staff claims can’t do any about cost for the room we couldn’t use because booked by Expedia. Won’t be using them again.

Our room was very clean and updated. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s right across the street from the beach and very close to the historic district. Sue was great and very accommodating. We love this place and will be back.

Room was clean, but it did have an aroma...perhaps an overused air freshener. We stopped noticing it right away and it didn't affect our stay. Overall the room was a bit dated, but clean and functional.
