Free on-site parking for up to four vehicles and a private entrance support a smooth and simple arrival.

Multiple levels allow your group to spread out or gather as the day unfolds. The first floor includes a dedicated entertainment area with an HDTV with Roku, creating a relaxed space for movie nights, game time, or quiet downtime. Wifi supports streaming or remote work whenever needed, and central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort throughout your stay.

A queen bedroom overlooking a quiet nature preserve

Three bathrooms, along with a washer and dryer, provide added convenience for extended stays or larger groups.

Located in the Vilano Beach community, the home sits close to sandy paths, coastal breezes, and scenic beach, ocean, and pool views. Historic downtown St. Augustine is about 6 miles away, giving you the option to explore restaurants, shops, and local landmarks at your own pace before returning to a peaceful residential setting.

Comfort and peace of mind
Safety features include smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in with a keypad makes arrival easy. Sorry, no pets.
