Our bungalow is based on a peaceful residential street on St. Augustine's Anastasia Island!

Centrally located, you get the best of both world by being only a mile from the Bridge of Lions (gateway to the great old town Augustine) and on the coast of Anastasia Island (home to many exciting endeavors including our acclaimed beaches, state park, and zoological park). Everything is easily accessible by rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and many things accessible by walking. From our home you can walk to the water bay of the

To drive, we are 5 minutes from old town St. Augustine, Anastasia State Park, Alligator Farm + Zoological Park, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, and downtown bars and restaurants.

10 minutes from Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth and St. Augustine State Beach.

Less than 30 minutes from Matanzas State Forest and St. Augustine Aquarium.

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available in the driveway + garage. Most things are easily accessible by car or rideshare.

Other Things to Note:
We are in a very peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM and last until 8 AM. Any day guests you have may not be on the property at this time. We do have noise monitoring devices in place to help us keep noise decibels at an appropriate level. The city does not permit parking on the street or past the reflector on the right-side of our driveway. Please be respectful of our neighbors as we ask the same of them. Thank you!

Weekly backyard maintenance is scheduled every Tuesday.

Great space!

Such a cute place, very clean and inviting! Also, management was great and very communicative. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and we would definitely stay here again.
