Perfect

House was clean. Short walk to beach with crosswalk at end of street to cross A1A. Thankful for the wagon, umbrellas and chairs for the beach… along with lots of sand toys. Boys enjoyed the pool. The adults enjoyed the breeze on the upstairs porch.

Amazing!

Absolutely perfect vacation spot for a large family! Very short walk to the beach (there's even a great ice cream shop on the way). Everything you can imagine is included. There is a bathroom attached to every bedroom, two washers, two dryers, an ice machine, two dishwashers...and everything for the beach, including a beach wagon! We will be returning! Thank you!

Beachy but Modern Feel

We truly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was spacious, clean, and had a beachy yet modern feel. The pair of bunk beds had a trundle pull out which made it six twin beds in one room. The pool was small but heated. The elevator was a huge hit for my 72 year old father. There were plenty of towels for the pool and several beach chairs. We loved the ice maker! The beach was a short walk. We drove my dad and the beach supplies to the end of the road/ beach entrance and then returned the car back to the house driveway. There was no beach parking on this road. I highly recommend this house for its location, spaciousness, and cleanliness.

excellent house, excellent location, and excellent overall experience!

We had a perfect day at this beautiful house with two families of four, including four elementary age kids!! The house is exactly as pictured in the photos, tons of space, a lovely pool, and very nicely decorated. It has all of the basic amenities (though the kitchen supplies could use a few updates). The house is located just a few mins walk to the beach, ice cream, and restaurants. Easy drive to the town for other activities. The management company was great - good communication and immediately responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful Property!

We absolutely loved this home! It is beautiful, well-appointed, and very close to the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions and needs before and during our stay. We will definitely book this house again!

Perfect house for our large group!

This house was so perfect for our Bachelorette party of 10. Everyone had so much space and the pool and beach amenities were a perfect compliment. The little touches like the ice maker and elevator made our stay that much easier. The house was also beautiful and incredibly clean!

December 27 to January 3

We had a great stay at this wonderful house. Perfect for our large family group. The kids bedroom had four bunkbeds and two trundle beds. All of them were able to stay in the same room. House was very clean. Everything as advertised. Pool was nicely heated since the weather was a bit cool this time of year. We had a couple of minor glitches with the hot water, but the owner was very responsive and fixed this very quickly. That was greatly appreciated. Quick walk to the beach. We were able to see the New Year’s Eve fireworks from that location. There are several nice restaurants within a mile and a half north of the house. Great ice cream parlor right across the street. We also took a trip to Marine land, which was about 45 minute drive south of the house. All in all a great location. Highly recommended for family vacation.
