Pool was down

We arrived at 4:15pm, rooms are supposed to be read at 3:00pm. The person who was to check us in said our room wouldn’t be ready for another 2hrs & to come back then. We left and drove additional 3hrs vs staying there

They charged my card twice and refused to take the extra charge off. Now I have to do a dispute with my bank.

This hotel now has new ownership and did not honor my reservation or bother to contact me that my reservation was cancelled. On my arrival they stated all the rooms are full and my reservation was no good with the new ownership. My payment was processed and they did not answer the phones to speak with orbitz to fix it. Had to find a new hotel and haven’t been reimbursed yet. I don’t not recommend staying here or at the Howard Johnson the same company bought out next door.

Very convenient location to get around the area quickly.

The bed I slept was so wonderful. The bathroom needs repaired. Thank you for the hospitality.

Limited hot water & low flow. Swimming pool not cleaned.

Property is older and furniture in room is shopworn. Bedspread & fitted sheet on one bed was extremely wrinkled. Pillows were of poor quality. At breakfast had to ask for fruit bowl to be refilled; attendant was lackadaisical about keeping items refilled.

Room smelled, uncomfortable beds, shower had soap and towels from last guest still in the shower, room was finger and dark, no cable local stations only with bad reception no internet. When these issues were brought up at check out staff acted as if they didn’t hear me. No apologies nothing.....I’ll sleep in my car before I stay at an Econolodge... J

Room smelled like mildew . Bathtub was disgusting .

Cleanliness of the room was great. However, there was only one wash cloth for two people room and one package of coffee. It would have been more comfortable to have two chairs in the room. Otherwise it was good!
