Located in the hip, laid back, eclectic "West King" area of downtown, this single story, 2200 sq ft house is the perfect home base to experience the history, beaches, waterways & attractions of St. Augustine. No need to drive, just open up our Sports Shed and take the bikes to historic downtown or pedal across the Lion's Bridge to Anastasia Island. Or, if you prefer paddling, you can take the kayaks for a quiet trip down the many surrounding waterways and marshes. Dont forget to bring the 4 fishing poles and tackle box. If you'd rather check out the many beautiful surrounding beaches take the beach wagon full of beach chairs, shade umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys and beach mats. We also have a longboard for surfing or SUP.

With an open layout, two sitting rooms, and a huge 6000 sq ft fenced in yard with BBQ, fire pit, outdoor dining table and basketball hoop, this quirky 70s inspired house is perfect for fams & friends.
