The full kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, and a desk in the main area makes it easy to balance work and play. Enjoy the tile and wood laminate floors throughout—no carpet here! A washer and dryer add to your convenience.
Step outside to your private fenced and gated lanai, complete with gas BBQ grill, lush landscaping, and direct access to the parking lot. Perfect for relaxing evenings, outdoor meals, or quality time with family and friends.
