This is a bright, sunny and newly refurbished house within walking distance to St Andrews town centre, beaches, castle, cathedral and world famous golf courses as well as M&S and other supermarkets. With south facing garden, spacious kitchen and conservatory this three double bedroom house is perfect for golf parties and a great holiday in St Andrews.
Well kitted out with kitchen necessities, washing machine, iron, double glazing and gas central heating. Plenty of free parking.

Awesome Stay

We had a wonderful visit in St. Andrews. Besides not having towels when we arrived, this home was the perfect fit for our stay. Aveline made sure to have her cleaner come by with towlels soon after we messaged her to let her know they were missing. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!
