In the main level you will find a comfortable living room area with a fireplace while the lower level is designed with entertainment in mind for the entire family - a pool table, foosball table, board games & a huge TV screen. There is unlimited internet for work and entertainment. The back yard is spacious and it includes a hot tub, gas BBQ (hooked up to the main gas line), fire pit and full outdoor dining. Aside from the beautiful beaches in the area, nearby attractions include the historic Midland & Penetanguishene just 15 min drive with lots of shops and family activities. Mount Saint-Louis and Horseshoe Valley are just 30 mins. Wasaga is just 20 mins away and Blue Mountains appx a 50 min drive. Hikers and cyclists will enjoy the Tiny Simcoe Trail and other trails nearby for snowmobile enthusiasts.
