Just over an hour’s drive from Toronto, this warm 3 bedroom, 800 sq ft year-round cottage is located on beautiful Orr Lake. Watch the spectacular sunset sink beneath the trees from the comfort of the great room. An amazing place for a family or couple to recharge.
Home is NOT baby proofed. No safety gates, locks on cleaning supplies.
The space
ESSENTIALS: Well water has a UV filter, AC and heating. Dishwasher, refrigerator w/ freezer, stove, microwave, small coffee maker with filters, kettle, toaster, small waffle maker, blender, small slow cooker, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans. A few seasonings, condiments, and cooking oils are on hand, large shower, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, TV with Netflix (no cable), PS3 (comes with 2 controllers and is equipped with: Netflix, small collection of games, and can play DVDs), Wii, (2 controllers and nice selection of games), Board games, puzzles, novels, books and children’s toys.
PARKING: fits 3 cars comfortably side-by-side
ROOMS: Bedroom 1 has one queen bed, Bedroom 2 has one queen bed, Bedroom 3 has one bunk bed (single mattresses)
In response to Covid, and for all guests safety and comfort we kindly remind you to bring your own bedding, pillows, bath and beach towels.
OUTDOORS: Swimmable, shallow, sandy-bottomed lake, Private dock, Outdoor fire pit with camping chairs, Canoe, Paddle boat, Kayak, Stand up paddle board, 300 sq ft deck, BBQ, 6-person picnic table.
