On the first floor: living room with fireplace, master bedroom with bathroom with shower.

Ruhige Lage - schönes Ambiente

Die Stille und der Blick auf den See waren wunderbar. Ein sehr freudlicher Verwalter, der uns fast alles, allerdings nur auf italienisch erklärt hat. Der See auf den Bildern ist allerdings nicht zum Baden geeignet - es gibt aber einen anderen See zum Baden auf dem Gelände.

Ottima esperienza. La casa è grande e molto comoda. Sicuramente più adatta a un soggiorno estivo. Si attraversa una lunga strada nel bosco per arrivare. Il wife purtroppo non funziona e il cellulare prende poco. Il Signor Lino è molto attento e preciso.

Willkürliche Nebenkostenabrechnung am Urlaubort

Nach unfreundlichen Begrüßung durch Lorenzo, sind wir direkt bei Ankunft abends barsch aufgefordert worden zusätzliche Gebühren für die Benutzung des zweiten Zimmers zu zahlen. Trotz vorherige Bitte das Objekt vor unseren Ankunft anzuwärmen, fanden wir eine eiskalte Unterkunft vor. Die Heizkosten, in Höhe von über 30% der Gesamtkosten, mußten wir bar ohne Beleg entrichten. Das untere Schlafzimmer hat nach Abfluß unangenehm gerochen. Kamin qualmte. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind nicht wintertauglich und recht schlecht trotz Heizung zu wärmen. Objekt Lage und Umgebung sind sehr schön; leider sind diese positiven Aspekte durch die negativen Erfahrungen getrübt worden. Wir werden nicht erneut dorthin fahren.
