Worst VRBO EXPERIENCE

There are just too many issues to describe. Horrible communication by 3rd party property manager - did not provide detailed check in instructions and provided the wrong street number. Asked for arrival time - assumed someone would meet us - as we were told to bring the check in verification documentation they sent the day before. No one showed up - we were on time. Vrbo support was amazing - got in touch with owner who walked through check in instructions - keys were outside on a window ledge. We spent an hour in the heat on the street with all our luggage after a day of travel. The apartment was advertised as a one bedroom but it is a studio. Listing indicated coffee maker - there was none. No elevator code was provided - we had a lot of luggage to carry up two long flights of stairs. Every Vrbo I have stayed in has provided shampoo etc - not this one. We spent a few nights in Split the week before at an amazing one bedroom apartment in the historic town - very well appointed with all amenities- greeted by the host - and the same cost per night. This flat is over priced for what you get.
