Green Lake-Suite 2 BR, 1BA w Walkout Lake access, Paddleboards,Kayaks and Dock

This upstairs suite is very comfortable with incredible amenities and access to walk out lake shore and large estate. A separate unit on the main floor is occupied by the home owner. Most outdoor spaces will be reserved use by the rental occupants. The first bedroom has a Queen bed, a Full Bed that pushes into a couch with a twin bed above it. Bedroom 2 hosts a Queen bed and twin trundle bed. The living area has a giant Sony - 85" TV. Large gathering room with family oriented seating, gaming and/or dining table. The kitchen area contains a Refrigerator freezer stocked with ice and condiments. An induction cooktop, pizza and toaster oven, microwave, coffee (Nespresso, Keurig or Ground), dishwasher, sink and pop corn machine. Ample cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses and extras. Large private bath with beach towels and amenities including washer and dryer. Parking available for 2 cars. There are two decks with picnic table, grill, fire pit and tons of outdoor seating. Private dock and space for a boat, boat must be trailered at night because of wind and large waves. Several full size gas grills are available for use. Great lake play time and boat-able restaurants nearby. 2 Kayaks and 2 Paddle boards are available for use. The dock depth is deep (Most often @6 feet) with a natural sandy and rock bottom.
Green lake has many attractions including:
1) Zorbas that has dock access at the lake and bands on selected days on their website.
2) O'Neils which has outdoor music on selected nights.
3)Big Kahuna Fun Park with Go-karts, Bumper Boats and Mini-golf.
4) Winery within 3 miles with free live music, food and beverages every Thursday night.
5) Music in the park that is boatable on Sunday afternoons.

Great lake access to swim and float and make summer memories. The lake is spring fed, clean with many swimming areas and boat launches available.

Because of the amount of laundry and overage experienced in cars, overages in towel use and garbage will now incur a fee. More than 2 cars will incur a nightly fee.
