A unique mix of historic beauty and elegance can be found in this restored neoclassical villa from the 19th century. With a lot of its original features still intact, this unique villa of 209 sqm comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, one sun terrace, 1 kitchen area and a private court yard with big outside table. Located at the heart of the island close to Agios Nikolaos Church and 5min walk from Dapia. The Agios mamas beach is 2min walk from the house. The house comprises 2 levels. The ground floor has 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the private courtyard with breakfast and lunch seating area. The living room of the ground floor can comfortably seat 8 people. On the upper floor is the Master Bedroom and another double bedroom. The large living room seats easily 10 people and there is also an external terrace for lounging with great views of Spetses town.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
