This beautiful house is centrally located with easy access to Folly Beach and to downtown. The living area is very spacious for easily accommodating large groups. The first floor contains an open floor plan with luxury vinyl plank flooring, a chef’s kitchen featuring a coffee bar, large island, and ample counter space, a cozy breakfast nook, and a formal dining room perfect for groups. A gas fireplace in the spacious living room adds warmth and charm. Upstairs is an expansive primary king suite with a walk-in closet, dual vanities, soaking tub, and separate shower. The second floor also includes three generously sized queen bedrooms with two having access to a covered porch. Each bedroom has a large closet. The yard is fenced and backs up to a serene pond which can be viewed from the screened-in back porch, an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. There is a two-car garage available for parking and storing large items.
