Former 17th century chapel renovated into a gîte in a relaxing and preserved setting, located next to the owners' house and another gîte, near the Sarthe river. Unfenced garden with terrace. Adult and children's bicycles, swing set, ping-pong and table football available. Ground floor: large living room, fitted kitchen, separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190), shower room. Additional equipment: freezer, Internet access, cot and high chair. Included: electricity, sheets, towels/household linens. Not included: aerothermal heating (€11/day) and tourist tax.
