I went to Bermuda for a weekend getaway and boy ole boy it was GREAT. Even though the weather took a toll on one of the days still great time. I went on private tours and everything I could do. But the hotel hands down gave the best service. They informed me of how I could catch a bus even directed the route. And Laverne Philpott the concierge was the best, she helped with basically all of my tours. I intend on visiting again and staying at the same hotel. Also being a pescatarian the fish was yummy...

Concierge’s desk not very helpful & some of them were quite rude. If you have not planned every minute of your trip, don’t expect much from them. It would’ve been nice to know that accessing the ferry outside of the back door meant hiking downhill. Why not tell guest you can catch the shuttle out front that will drive you downhill to the dock? On another note, my room had an odor. Turns out my shower curtain and liner smelled of mildew. Had to request a change.

The property is beautiful. The beach is exquisite. The staff was not friendly or helpful enough. There was not enough Information about events. The different areas of the resort were explored on our own. At check in there was no conversation or advise. The room did not have a channel guide. The shower had mildew. The fridge was dirty and desultory go under cabinet but was free standing and appeared sloppy. The bedding was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The shuttle drivers were pleasant. We depended on the kindness of other guests for recommendations.

Great for kids!! We had a blast, beach is perfect.

The sliding door handle was broken in our room. There were always long lines at the front desk and concierge with not enough hotel staff. The treadmills in the gym were dirty and the audio did not work. It was not worth the money spent.

I normally don’t write a review, specially a critical review, however In this case I feel it’s necessary to inform others who are planning to visit Bermuda and stay at the Fairmont. Firstly, this hotel was markets itself as Luxury and the price point is expensive, but nothing about this resort is luxury. It’s just a large hotel with very similar rooms and service you get if you stare at a holiday inn. Let me explain why, they missed all the small details a luxury hotel will have, almost everyone who arrived had to wait a few hours for their rooms to be ready, the staff at the desk didn’t even give you a run down of the hotel just gave you the keys after a few hours and send you on your way. This is a beach resort, without beach towels at the private beach as they were backed up on laundry every morning. These are the small details that luxury hotels manages properly as it impacts the guest experiences granted some of this is caused by the type of guest who stay at this hotel, very inconsiderate guest who don’t clean up after themselves. The food price at the hotel is also extremely expensive, a very basic buffet breakfast is $ 34 a person and it’s just a basic spread, and you are limited on the island so you’re forced to eat at the hotel, if you’re planning to stay here you should expect to pay an additional $300-500 a day on food and drinks for a family of 3-4. I think this hotel for the price pint should offer all inclusive to be honest.

I'm coming back next year and beautiful one of the best places to be.

Needed more servers in restaurants. Shuttles were very convenient

No towels at the beach day after day Not enough staff so the service was slow and waits long Garbage left laying around Toilet paper holders loose and falling off walls General poor maintenance. Really downhill since our last stay. Food was not up to par

The location of the property is great. It's very close to Horseshoe Bay and the shuttle service was very good.
